I made an appointment on Thursday at 3PM, but when I arrived, was told the services I talked about on the phone could not be done in time, and I would have to come back tomorrow. When I arrived on Friday, I was told it would take a few hours for a break inspection (due to an issue where they speak excessively at low speed from the calipers being mounted to the calipers (also done at Metro Honda 3 months ago), spark plug replacement, engine air induction cleaning, and an oil change. The brake inspection was never completed despite me picking the car back up 7 hours later. I even called before I left to ensure it had been done, but could not get through. I will have to come back next weekend, a third time in a week, to get this done. I am not happy with the mistakes made by the Service Department.

Hello,
I am extremely angry about my service. I got 4 new tires and a wheel alignment on Saturday. On Monday my tire pressure light came on. I was finally allowed to leave work early on Thursday and had to drive all the way back to Metro Honda to get my tires looked at again. When I spoke to a representative inside, he constantly mentioned how Metro does all these different things right and insisted that I must have done something wrong as to why my Tire Pressure light came on. Terrible customer service!! I was told there were no nails in my tires and they turned my Tire Pressure light off. In less than 24 hours later, my Tire Pressure light is back on again. Now I have to leave work early for a second time to get this issue fixed “again”.

Brought my Ridgeline in for the navigation update, not being an IT type I thought the update took a long time. I'm guessing that Honda will place the blame on Garmin...will keep the timing in mind when it's time for the next update.

When I scheduled the appointment the vin was cross referenced by the service technician and both doors were declared recalls. I was strangely sent home without a word and immediately noticed only one was fixed. I returned only to be called a few minutes later to pick up my vehicle because only one door has a recall. The vehicle clearly has loud failing door actuators. Hopefully something can be done soon and I can receive accurate information.
