Worst experience ever with car dealer. Only time I get any response is when I complete a survey. Brand new car in shop 24 hours later. Pick it up and back in shop same day. Treated like I am just some random person. No respect. No idea how this place stays in business. Only person that treated my right was Brian. The rest of the people should be fired.

I asked to have the tire replaced due to the fact I had had the car in 4 other times for low tire pressure. The guy that took my info down wrote, “ check for nail.” I explained to him what I needed but he failed to add it to the form even tho I asked him to. It was not John that filled out the form. There was no nail. The tire has a slow leak and needed Metro to finally give me a replacement. Sincerely, Judith B

My car was in for an airbag recall while it was there I was going to have them diagnose my car. When I picked it up there was a comment put in by Mr King stating that my hood could not be opened. How could they update the airbag if they couldn't open the hood to disconnect the battery?
