We went over what needed to be addressed with our Odyssey. We were kept informed on the vehicle’s stratus. My husband was having difficulties with linking up his new I phone to his CRV. I was told that a salesman could help that; I asked at the sales desk about it and salesmanWalter Flores fixed the problem and gave him his card with his text number if he had any further problems. The services was quick and friendly.

This was a warranty service. Brought car in one day, replacement part ordered and next replaced. I live in Torrance and it is 100 mile round trip I had made this trip twice for a total 0f 200 miles. It would have been a great customer relation if a courtesy car was offered. Mark and your service group were great
