Estela went above and beyond to take care of my issue in a timely manner. Just getting off a 12 hr night shift, I was there for a simple problem (broken clip in glove compartment) Estela noticed i looked tired and went so far as to ask the lead mechanic if they could take priority over my vehicle. I was in and out in a jiffy! The best service I've ever received from Honda! Thanks Estela!
