Joseph King was very informative about all that needed to be done with my car. He took the time to show me the check engine codes and explained what each one meant. When breaking down the prices of each service provided, he offered me many options that made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. I left very happy. The GPS failed within 1 hour of leaving the shop after you did a reset only 2 miles from you today going to Lakeshore learning for teachers on Mountain Avenue in Upland.
The GPS sent me 1 mile east of my destination on Moreno only to make u-turn 1 mile down to return to Mountain.
Had to use my cell phone to get to where I was going about 1/2 mile north of the 10 freeway on Mountain. Maybe check the calibration of your machines. Because the GPS fails on the road, not sitting under your garage roof. The GPS WAS JUST UPDATED and this same problem has been going on for over 4 years with already one replacement on the Garmin software and Honda GPS hardware. Pi can only assume zhinda erased my most current update when they reset my GPS which will have to be uodated again. Called right in to Joseph, Service Advisor. Waiting for a response.

Brian was amazing . Joseph on the other hand was busy watching company training videos while Brian was scrambling trying to help customers get their cars before you guys closed. I wouldn’t have minded waiting patiently for Brian but I was told to go to Joseph since there was 5 customers going out the door. When I got to the counter Joseph had an attitude like my presence irritated him. I understand employees need training but maybe they should be kinder to customers when they are busy doing training that can’t be paused to help customers. Maybe put employees in the back away from customers so they can do their training in peace uninterrupted. 2 thumbs up for Brian though he did a great job.
