Frank is rude, is terrible with customer service. Accused me of lying about a promotion of 2 complimentary oil changes with a certified used car purchase and said it doesn’t exist and whatever. Then I took a picture of a certified car in the lot and showed home that it said 2 complimentary oil changes and then he acted nice. Don’t know how this guy holds a customer service job

from time to time they offer a free service, when you go to change oil. such as tire rotation, injection check, etc. and that does not diminish the good service they are giving.
