Having made an appointment time of 115pm I wasn't made contact until 137pm even after ask other maintenance advisors. When I asked about the shuttle service I was told to sign in even though I had told them I had been waiting over an hour. Don't understand the purpose of a employee talking about a customer in Spanish.

When I called on Tuesday 5/11/2021 to make appointment for service and about the fuel pump recalled. The rep. asked for my VIN number so that he can order the parts required for the fuel pump recalled. When I take my HRV for service on Saturday 5/15/2021. The fuel pump was not done due to parts not in stock. My dissatisfaction was that the day before ( Friday 5/24/2021) I received a reminder regarding my appointment for Saturday, but make no MENTION of the parts were not there so I can reschedule for another day when the parts arrived. So I thought everything is fine so I brought my car in for service today (Saturday 5/15/2021) and I have wait for about 3 hours in the waiting showroom and when it was ready to pick up I noticed on the customer copy service form it mentioned the fuel pump parts not in stock and the service agent did not even mentioned it to me. Now I have to wait for the parts to come in and take another day for me to bring in my car for the fuel pump service. Which is a waste of your technician time and my time.
