I am having the worst experience with Gary Hidalgo and Metro Honda. I have left voicemails for Gary and his supervisor Tony Moldanado. Neither of them have responded. I just need the correct VIN number on my receipt. That’s all I’m asking for and the two of them are acting like I’m asking for a new car. It shouldn’t be difficult to correct a service advisors error and issue me a new receipt. I would never recommend Metro or return for service or to purchase a new vehicle. I will also report this to Honda as well as warn everyone one I know and my social media contacts about the horrible customer service I’m receiving.
