This isn’t a complaint about Joseph. He provided wonderful customer service and please don’t let this effect his scores but I waited for 35 mins after my appointment to be helped. I needed to log into work but was unable to as I was attended to past my appointment time. What is the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait for that long of a time.

Joseph strikes me as one of those rare people that wake up happy every day. A real “the glass is half full” type of guy. And let me tell you, he filled that glass the rest of the way with his thorough service taking care of my daughters Civic!
The A/C wasn’t working. I had brought it in last October for the problem. So with less than 1000 miles on the car since the repair (my daughter is away at school) it quit again. Joseph took care of the repair and kept me informed. The repair was a difficult and expensive one. But Joseph found a way to bring the cost down from over $1000 to $150. I realize that this was a unique situation and could not be expected again, but Joseph was honest and offered this service to the customer who otherwise would would not have been aware of such a discount. I told him he was an angel. If he treats all the customers as well as I was treated be thankful he is on the Honda team.

My appointment was at 11:45. A service person did not help me until 1215. Then oil change and service took two hours yes I did opt to wait but that’s kind of long.

After waiting 2 hours for my vehicle I finally went to John asked him for an update. He was rather short with me and his response was bordering on rude. After another hour I again went to John for an update at which time he told me he would go check on the vehicle. Aren’t the service advisors supposed to keep the customer apprised of status of vehicle? I am sorry to say that I am disappointed in the service I received today.
