I had an appointment at 9 to get my car fixed and was not helped till almost 9:30
I left my car and kept trying to reach Joseph during the day multiple times but all the people who answered would just transfer me and I would end up getting a voicemail. My car wasn’t ready till 4 and I was not available to go at the time but I did not know that if I didn’t go when service was open they would keep my car and I would be left without a car the rest of the day. When I reached out and told an associate that Joseph never informed me what time they close or that I had to be there at a certain time all he could tell me was “he’s notorious for doing that” and that I could file a complaint but that not even the store manager could help me. He also told me that I had to call ahead of time and let them know I was going later on in the day. I was not even given a time frame so did not know what time someone could take me back to pick up my car. Very upsetting that there is no way for anyone to be able to help customers who can’t make it on time. The managers should be able to access customers cars if they can’t make it back on time.

I had service with my car a few days ago and noticed a parking sensor punched in which caused my vehicle to randomly alert me that there was an object in front of my car right after my car was serviced. I called the service department and notified the issue so I got an appointment for Tuesday the 27th at 7am. I arrived at 7 am and they had me waiting for 2-1/2 hours just to tell me what I had told them what was wrong with the car. I left furious from there. I’ve been a customer for so many years and for different vehicles and I felt like non of that mattered. I will definitely be causes and skeptical about this place.

I came into Metro Honda with more than an oil change needed. I knew my car was in bad shape because I felt the wear and tear, while I drove. My poor Accord needed a tune up badly. Joseph King took me in and listened to the problems I had, and what I wanted done. He treated my wife and I like family. He gave us honest expertise that he encountered with my car and the type of mileage my car had (100,000 miles). We both agreed that Hondas are great cars; however, you have make sure they get the treatment they need. I picked up my car as soon as Joseph called me saying it was done. I paid a great price for the service provided and it was all thanks to Joseph. Thank you Joseph King and Honda expert mechanics. My car feels brand new again.

Horrible diagnostic today ???????? no help or options besides having to spend money when I have already paid extra for extended warranty ???????? Why do they have recalls if no one will do it ?? I never want a Honda again !!!!
