She was very kind and helpful! I was super happy with her service. I had some issues because I left my apartment keys in my car and she was very helpful. She also made herself super accessible. Overall I was incredibly satisfied and will be requesting her again!

Did not explain service well. Went to get ac checked and did not explain what was wrong with system even tho “ they checked it”. Apparently Honda service writers are not familiar with how techs do their jobs.

No one went over what they did with my car or what needs attention in the near future... That used to happen in the past... Why did that stop?...had to look it up myself.. I also felt like my Business was not wanted by the person who checked me out. John **** was pleasant... The other guy... Not so pleasant... Also no carwash... For all the money I spent in repairs... I should've been offered one...I'll have to think twice about referring a friend... But my other experiences were good... And I will bring car back for service again... Maybe that last guy was just having a bad day.

Joseph strikes me as one of those rare people that wake up happy every day. A real “the glass is half full” type of guy. And let me tell you, he filled that glass the rest of the way with his thorough service taking care of my daughters Civic! The A/C wasn’t working. I had brought it in last October for the problem. So with less than 1000 miles on the car since the repair (my daughter is away at school) it quit again. Joseph took care of the repair and kept me informed. The repair was a difficult and expensive one. But Joseph found a way to bring the cost down from over $1000 to $150. I realize that this was a unique situation and could not be expected again, but Joseph was honest and offered this service to the customer who otherwise would would not have been aware of such a discount. I told him he was an angel. If he treats all the customers as well as I was treated be thankful he is on the Honda team.

Mark is very courteous, friendly, and respectful. Aldo, Thank you to Honda for being so concerned about safety and fixing my seatbelt issue at no charge. The high safety rating is why I chose to buy a Honda in the first place.
