Was not told I needed rear brakes until I reviewed the paperwork and mentioned it. Once I did I was told I needed new breaks without an explanation other than "looks like you need new breaks".

The person that help was rude I'm not sure if he is the boss there or what but as I picked up my vehicle I asked him if I needed to go with him to get my car he asked me if he was the one who helped me I said yes he doubt it my word and asked me for the paper where it said it was him he then called through the talkie for someone to bring my car then there was this older man employee there that brings the vehicles and asked him if he didn't hear that he requested for a vehicle the poor man told him that he had clocked out but the man saw the way he talked to him that he said he would bring the car after he had clocked the person that was helping me did not care that the man was off the clock. Rude person I would definitely not return to that person not a way to treat employees like if they were deaf or act superior to them.

No clear communication with the customer that I was asked to keep waiting after my van was completely ready and I didn’t know whom I should approach to make payment. I simply talked to a female staff who just asked me to keep waiting without letting me know I should get the right person Joseph to take care my payment. No spirits of team work and wasting my time! Hopefully there should be a lead person to guide us for payment after the vehicle was completely done! Thanks!
