Although I hadn’t planned on spending so much I appreciated Gordon’s help on the phone the day before, when I had a battery issue and he helped to calm me ... and had me come in to check it ... I was also able to get the service I had been scheduled for done today and additionally , Vance discovered my rear brakes needed to be done ... I had forgotten that I wanted to have them check the brakes! So I was extremely grateful ! Although sometimes pricey I feel I can trust the service I get! Thank you

My car has a feature that allows me to give it voice commands to tune the radio stations, make phone calls and access other features of the car. This feature stopped working on Tuesday when I recalibrated my tire pressure. The technical staff was unable to deactivate this feature. They said the car did not come with that feature. Why was I able to use this feature before I recalibrated my tire pressures?The tech adviser, Alexis Vasquez called me back to help recalibrate the tires. But no call back on the voice commands. Car said, recalibrating. Try later. That was 5 days ago. HELP ME REACTIVATE THE FEATURE. PLEASE!!!

The work I requested, an alignment, took much longer than I was told it would. The technician Joel rotated my tires to get rid of the steering Wheel shimmy. And he found a leak beneath the transmission, the source of which was supposedly fixed a year or so ago. Joel pointed out the leak and cleaned it up and put in a dye to determine the source of the leak. The cap for the oil fill broke when being removed and another was ordered so I have to return to get the new cap put on. The steering wheel no longer shimmies.
