The representative was great; personable and competent. My disappointment was when I returned to pick up my car and found that it had not been washed. I was offered a code to do it myself at my convenience. I was very disappointed and had always felt that the car wash was a strong message of respect for both the customer as well as the brand. A service provided that other dealerships don’t provide that demonstrates to the customer that they are important and that all Honda’s leaving this dealership will be clean and well-cared for; both mechanically as well as externally. A clean car is a reflection of the overall quality of work that is performed. So I wonder, why do you no longer wash the cars?
