I appreciate how Mark pulled some strings to squeeze me in a busy schedule. MY car still has all the service lights still on which makes me unhappy I checked the oil levels and the appear low. Not sure what was actually done aside from testing the battery. I had my son take it is for service and had to wait about 4 hours .

Metro Honda is over 20+ miles away but so worth the drive. Not only did I purchase my 2017 HRV here but I also bring it here for all all my service needs, mainly because of the professional customer service not just by the sales people but the service department staff. This is my second scheduled service and both times, Vance has assisted me. He is welcoming, helpful and very professional. Keeps me informed on the status of my car and answers any of my questions. Vance definitely makes me feel like a valued customer.

May car was towed in and I asked for a diagnostic. I got my brakes replaced, my battery and alternator.
My AC was working before I had my car towed to Honda, after I picked it up it didn’t work.
I’m back today to get my AC repaired.
