I took my Honda Fit Ev for service and when I got there the greeter greeted me and told me to wait for someone to help me. I waited for 20. Minutes and nobody showed up. Then I went in and asked for help and the service guy by the name of Justin helped me and I told him what happened and he didn’t even apologize. He also didn’t tell me when the car would be ready I had to ask him. Very bad customer service.

I waited over an entire day for a SET of keys to be made. I struggled with the LACK of customer service via phone from a receptionist with an unreal attitude & inability to even connect me to the person in charge of handling the ”servicing” of my car. I asked for Joseph King, & got Julia. How? I cannot answer that. She laughed every time I called. I almost wanted to ask Jessica what was so funny the last three times I called, but I decided to ask for the servicing manager. INSTEAD OF TWO SETS OF KEYS I got one SET & an EXTRA key. TELL ME WHY THIS REMOTE DOES NOT LOCK MY CAR. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. Am not surprised why your score is so entirely low on Yelp. I will be there tomorrow & EXPECT A REFUND ON THIS USELESS REMOTE, OR for it to be FIXED. PERIOD

The only complaint, I was disappointed that I was not able to get my car washed after the service as the car wash area was closed.
