My car ran for 1 day and won’t start again, I’m going to try and have it towed there today.

I dropped my vehicle off at 9:15 (my appointment time). I was told my vehicle would be ready in 2-3 hours. I received a phone call around 11:30am that they had just looked at it. I was told it would be another 2 hours for the repairs. I did not receive a call until 4:30pm to pick up my vehicle. This is completely unacceptable! The only reason I did not wait for my vehicle is because I had my infant daughter with me and I was told 2-3 hours for the repair. I did not have a vehicle to pick up my children from school and I missed appointments. Next time, I will take my vehicle to another Honda dealership.

I called in for and appointment and when I called to tell them that I was going to be a few minutes late they did not have my appointment scheduled that was the first thing. Secondly, when I arrived for my rescheduled appointment at 11:45 I was standing around for a while before I realized or was told that I had to stand by my car and someone would come to me. Patrick was very kind and a good service manager, however I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for my vehicle for a simple oil change, and checking the fluids fluids and tires . Patrick did apologize and offer an extra car wash. Lastly, as I was driving later on, the light went on for the tire pressure. I was not happy about that especially since I had just had my car serviced . I had purchased a Honda from from Metro and had service done before with another car and was happy about the service this time it was not up to par.
