It says on my receipt that i should get a car wash which i normally do whenever i had my car done with any honda dealer. Today, i didn’t get my car wash done. Since i waited for 2 hours already, and they already park my car,why should i wait for another 30 minutes. Another guy help me and ask him to get my keys and so i left. This is not the first time that they didn’t wash my car. Last time i was in this dealer they forgot also. I think the service is really poor in this dealer. In my opinion, before the customer pays for everything, make sure that car is done ,clean and ready to go. After i paid, justin said that my car will be ready in a few minutes. But my car is done and park in front of me and not even wash.

Joseph is a true master of customer service. I had some warranty work that needed to be done. When i showed up i was expecting to have to argue with management as to why my car's issue needed to be replaced under warranty. Joseph was very calm and did not become confrontational at all. He advised me they would inspect my vehicle and see what could be done to fix the issue. Even during my conversation with him i was amazed at how masterfully he balanced the conversation in not making any promises that he could not keep and made me feel that the issue would be resolved some how.
Joseph waz the service master that worked with to resolve 2 separate issues with my car within a 1 week period.
