My car sat all day without being serviced after I had an appointment at 9:15am. Gary promised the car and a phone call at three different times during the day and never followed through. We picked the car up at 5 pm and it had not been looked at. Gary claimed the car needed to cool off. The car had been there dropped off and parked at 7:30am. Needless to say it wasn’t a great experience.

I wasn't happy with waiting in long lines when I arrived. My appointment was at 9:00 am. Arrived at 8:55 am. Service person didn't take me till 9:45 am. Maybe there should be a separate line for appointments.
