Edwin was such a pleasant young man to work with. Not only was he very friendly by asking me and my mother about us, he told us about himself and his son.
My mother was nervous about having to drive an unfamiliar loaner car and he took the time to show her where all the switches, buttons and controls were. He even made sure she was comfortable by going over it with her a second time.
We were extremely pleased with Edwin’s professionalism!
