It was a pleasant surprise on my 3rd visit at Norm Reeves Genesis that they have relocated to a dedicated Genesis Showroom and Service! Very well fitting of the luxury Genesis offers. And your staff are very courteous and friendly - all / everyone I encountered today. But the true delight was the excellent and prompt service I received from Edwin Rivas! I initially purchased my GV70 from Corona but my home location puts me in between Ontario and Cerritos Genesis. We visited both and found a warm welcome from the Hyundai/Genesis staff at the time. Albeit it wasn’t as nice and modern as the Ontario Genesis , I choose to give my business to the team at Norm Reeves. Today cements my loyalty to your new store and your staff. Thank you for taking care of my humble GV70!
