To get communication and action I continually had to call and push to get someone to come pick up my vehicle and complete the promised due bill. When I finally reached Kyle o was professional and helpful.
But up to that point I was very disappointed with the service. Promises were made and I had to fight to get them honored. I will be happily surprised if I get the card key in the mail as promised.
Lastly, my car was very dirty for only having driven from Cerritos to Beaumont. It has what appears to sticky spots on the hood. Parked under a tree maybe? The service paperwork says it was hand washed but it doesn’t appear to have been touched.

I want to start by saying the service advisors and the front desk staff at this location are always friendly, professional, and provide great customer service. Every time I check in, I’m greeted with a smile and treated with respect, which I really appreciate.
However, my overall experience with the service department has been disappointing. I’ve had multiple instances where I’ve had to bring my car back the very next day after service because the issue wasn’t fully resolved. In one case, my car was in your shop for three months, and when I finally picked it up, I noticed my A/C wasn’t working and one of the tires had low pressure due to a nail—something that should’ve been caught during service.
While the front staff is amazing, the consistency and quality of work coming from the mechanics needs serious improvement. I really hope to see better attention to detail moving forward.
