The website needs some work: Simplify the appointment scheduling and allow for entering text to explain why appointment is necessary. This way all issues can be listed ahead of time. On the phone or in person, it is too easy to forget something.

I went in for a windshield replacemte..I got the price from parts department for windshield and a price from service for install .. went ahead and scheduled the appt ..once I got there Kyle gave me a whole new price over $1,000 from what I was quoted.. ..never heard back from Kyle or management
