When I make an appointment I assume my car will be serviced in 1-2 hours. Instead I had to wait 4 hrs for a simple oil change. This was unacceptable in my opinion. I returned here as last time my service was prompt. Not sure if I will return again for my next oil change.

Service took longer than expected moreover there no power point in the waiting room to continue work my business.. I can imagine some circumstances service might take longer and thats ok but atleast a minimal facility should be available as the waiting room.
