Enrique was the best representative I’ve had at Hyundai! He was so patient and knowledgeable! He was able to explain things to me (I’m not that car savvy), even asked if he could speak over the phone wit my parents and he did, he gave me car tips such as what oil, and break light, and was just so kind! Literally the best!!!

Last time we took our car in for an oil change, they did not reset it. When we took our car in yesterday, I made sure to mention it to Enrique. He ensured me that it would be reset. It wasn't. And there was no sticker on my windshield reminding me of the next oil change.
Furthermore, there's a recall on my car because we only received one fob. We purchased the vehicle in August and we are still waiting for the second fob. This is totally unacceptable.
