Clare was fantastic! Probably one of the best service advisors I’ve ever had from any dealership. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. She deserves a raise, seriously. Good people like Clare that care about their job are hard to find these days. She’s a keeper for sure.
I dropped off my vehicle on Monday morning with a couple recalls, check engine light, and needing an oil change. Ended up taking 4 days to get it all done waiting on a part for the coil and boot. So that’s 4 days of rental car for me since I work in sales, I travel everyday in my truck. I was disappointed when I got my truck back to see that one of the technicians left big grease stains on my light colored headliner on both the driver and passenger sides. Clare informed me that she spoke to management and wanted to see when I can bring the truck back to be cleaned, but that’s the problem. If I bring it back and drop it off, I will need to rent another car. It’s such a hassle to be without my truck. Listen, it’s not the end of the world, but just a little bummed that this happened.
