Timeliness of service. Jacob was great and did what he could, but 2 hours for a very basic EV service is rediculous. Especially after an appointment was made prior to car being brought in. Being in the service industry for many years my self. Time, honesty and money are the only things that really matter to customers. You can’t mess up on any of those things or it is all for nothing. I am 100% confident that Jacob was being truthful when told me the service should be about 1 1/2 hours. He and the whole team failed to communicate that fact through the entire process. If it was going to change at any point and time, then I should have gotten a call or text that the service was behind schedule.Tell Frank Priore I said Hello….

For an intermittent charging problem, the car was only tested once and declared in clean health, despite its logs showing a repetitive problem. We have a 2019 Chevy Bolt that has absolutely no trouble charging on the same Level 2 charger, yet this is dismissed because it's not a Ford. There is no logic to this argument; however, we rented a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-e Select (3FMTK1RM7NMA18319) and were able to charge the vehicle on the same charger successfully (https://youtu.be/dZG4D3DD1Xg). Several other Mach-e owners are having the same problem ever since a recent software update to the Mach-e.
