everything was fantastic except 1 thing...my truck needed software updates, that seems like something Ford should offer for free, it was quoted to me $170ish to do a software update. Every single other thing I own that requires periodic updates does so for free, why not Ford -Erik

I had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. I had already talked to Ford and they gave me a case number and told me to give that to the person at the dealer when I went to get service. Rather than making things go faster this slowed things down because the person who knew how to handle case numbers was in a meeting. I was told they would get me when he was available. They never did. All of my interaction with your staff happened when I got tired of waiting and went to them. I was told that my tire was not covered by a Ford warranty, which was true but I did not know it at the time. I told them that I had previously had a repair made to the same tire at the dealership that sold me the car, Sunrise Ford in Fontana and that the warranty covered the repair. Rather than checking with Sunrise Ford they just kept repeating ‘it isn’t covered’. Since you were going to charge me full price and would not have the new tire until the next day l left. I called Sunrise and in a few seconds they gave me the name of the warranty company, my account number, the phone number to give to whoever replaced the tire, what group to ask for when they called, and the particulars about my road hazard coverage. Later on they made a follow up call to see if I had made it home and found a tire.

They were told not to move the seat because the mechanism is broken. They moved the seat. Now I have to tear the seat apart to get it back to the spot it was at before. This will be about an hours work for me. They offered to do it but I would have had to wait another half an hour. Not a happy customer.

I have a 2019 Ford Fusion, it took your dealership 3-weeks to perform the routine maintenance and to render some warranty repairs. After three weeks your service team couldn’t even bother to wash the car. Not impressed at all.
