Had an appointment last Monday, the 30th, for four new tires installed. Called the previous Friday, the 27th, to make sure tires were in for Monday’s appointment, left a voicemail message. Didn’t hear from anyone. Went to dealership on Monday. No tires. They came in on Tuesday. We couldn’t get to dealership until today ( Thur ).

You are not offering loaner for the service , instead you offer an Uber for transferring me to my office in Pleasanton. After six hours of waiting for the car for a service which is ridiculous time, I had to wait another hour because the Uber was not working and finally I had to drive myself back with a cab. I have full warranty for my tires and although there was a problem with my tire, I was told that I have to go back again and drop my car for another 2 to 3 days.This is not the service expected from a Porsche dealership. Moreover your customer service or service coordinator needs training on how to communicate effectively with the people because it seems that I am really owed her something. She is extremely cold, aloof and without any sincerity or even trying to calm the situation down.

Tried calling service dept for 20 mins to have Them order me an Uber for pick up so I could come get my car. No answer, left message, no call back. I ordered my own Uber and paid myself. I don’t understand why you don’t have guest drop off/pick up service. All the other car dealerships in the area offer pick up/drop off service. Not only do you not have that service, but the back up service of an Uber can’t be accessed if you cannot get their to service department. Perhaps the receptionist could be granted the power to order Uber’s for customers instead of only service dept personnel who can’t answer the phones when busy.
