Whomever is responsible for the new service - you are doing one hell of a job. I’ve been going here for years and this is top notch.
Kayla - she is hands down the best advisor I have ever worked with - and I’ve worked with a lot with the amount of cars I own. She listens, is attentive, knows me by name, and remembers conversations from the past - she’s basically like a friend! In fact, I believe she knows me by voice, I appreciate that a lot.
The service member, I did not catch his name, but he is top notch! I really really enjoyed and appreciated the time he spent with me this morning. That’s world class service.
All in all you have a very happy customer. Please send my regards to Kayla, Service Manager, shop manager, and the gentleman that worked on my car.

The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the fact I had to return to tue dealership for Windshield washer when that service was supposed to be completed. And the wash of the car was not complete the inside from windshield was no cleaned properly.
