Two times I called to get an update and could not get an answer, just rings. When I did get through the young lady didn’t know anything and said she would call back. No call. So I called again, she still didn’t have an estimate of when my car would be ready but would call me back. An hour later I got my update. At my previous maintenance visits I always got to talk with the tech about my Cayman, not this time, I miss that. When I took the car in I watched this guy take my car back to the maintenance waiting area. I got a strong impression he didn’t really know how to drive a stick. There was a lot of hesitation, unnecessary throttle jabbing, etc. I remember thinking “gosh, I hope he doesn’t drive my car very far.” Rhys W

Kayla and her team resolved a recurring problem with the TPMS of my 2016 Cayenne Hybrid. I trust their diagnostics and am grateful they kept the car until the problem was eliminated. Now I can drive with confidence until the next scheduled maintenance. I'm very satisfied.

I had to replace battery in key fob today....two days after "inspection"...Not to sure the 'message center' is working properly, because messages don't 'erase' right away...that's new. I'm stilll upset about not being able to set the buttons for garage door opener and gate opener, all since new battery and new radio installed in car, jan/feb 2020. No support from dealership, they say, due to covid...Well, life goes on, COVID or NO COVID...I'm not dieting...just unhappy because i have an expensive car that performs like a FORD

Parts needed for scheduled service appointment not available after I brought my car to dealership. Was reassured all day that car would be ready, then informed end of day that would not happen due to parts not there. Poor communication re time of car completion. Upon car receipt, repair of car paint scratch had not been done.
