This isn't a reflection of you, but Livermore Porsche has delivered a terrible customer experience. The first sales person was terrible, who we didn't purchase from, at Livermore for many reasons, but I won't address. We purchased the car without financing, so I requested the closing rep send me all docs via email, it took me four calls (including finally to the manager) to receive all closing docs about 30-days later. Service...my wife calls...leaves a vm...calls again, vm....why, does she have to call multiple times without a return call??? We have purchased from Walnut Creek and Fremont; by far, Livermore Porsche, through all phases of the customer experience, is, at best, incompetent or a 0 rating.
