Sonja and the rest of the service team are beyond fantastic. Caring, kind and great communicators. Although I live closer to Tracy Honda, I come to Livermore Honda because your staff is the best.

It took more than 5hrs for the service with no updates received until I approached her. It was a very different experience than when I used to get assisted by the previous reps. Lastly, I am VERY disappointed that employees were not wearing masks inside. I understand that there was a “waiver” in the main entrance, but coming in from the service doors on the side, I did not see it. I was very uncomfortable waiting there for 5hrs with my 5yo. Sorry Livermore, but this may be my last service from you because of this horrible experience.

When I made the appointment it would have been nice to know that A14 is a 5-6 hour service. I would have planned better. Maybe add the estimated length of time for each service as we book it so we can plan better.
Also, just feedback: please have paper floor mats removed when I pick up my car. I appreciate how careful you are about keeping the car clean. But take the dirty mat out next time. It was no trouble to throw it out.
