Josue was very helpful & pleasant. I appreciated his updates regarding servicing my car throughout the day. When I came in to pick up my car, he remembered that I had walked home in the morning after dropping off my car, so he asked if I had walked back from home. When I told him yes, he quickly left & came back with a cold water bottle for me. That was very thoughtful! He's a great guy!!

Last April I took the car in and I asked the person who helped me the same question but I never got an answer. When I picked up the car the guy qdid not even remember what I asked (cannot remember his name but you have it on file). I will be back because of Josue.
