Jimmy was awesome!! We had an issue that popped up and the service center gave us an appointment right away! Jimmy took our car in and fixed the issue as well as went above and beyond and fixed a totally different issue that was not under warranty free of charge!! 5 stars for all the employees in the service center! Jimmy greeted me promptly and explained what maintenance would be done. He arranged an Uber to get me home quickly. He called with a status report and notified me of a nail in my tire and a need for a new air filter, and I had both replaced. He was courteous, friendly and professional.

The service writer was nice. But when I got in my car old parts were out in my center counsel which scratched it. Also my settings were not adjusted after working on my tires - so I had to set the tire pressure of which I had no idea what they were to be sat at. When I was directed to my car to leave they sent me to another car that wasn’t even mine and I had to locate my car around the corner of the service department. All in all won’t be back for sure.
