Renato helped me with a small warranty issue with my golf. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and personable. He was a pleasure to talk to and made the service process feel clear and easy. I am going to hope that every time I go back to the dealer I get to work with Renato, he was that excellent of a correspondant.

I've been to Norm Reeves VW several times now. All the gentlemen in the Service Department have been extremely nice and welcoming. During both visits, Josue Zavala, has been professional and extremely patient with me and my dealings. He is so nice and knowledgeable about anything I ask. My warranty was not honored by Rigo it was such a shock.An establishments as Norm Reeveswouldnt honor a warranty. I told him about the work and he brushed me off avoiding every angle not to honor the warranty.He tried to “Sweet Talk me “ into paying $219. Just to do a diagnostic. Which I already knew I had a diagnostic done at O’Rieys and shell .not to mention my car had been with norm reeves for a long time. That rigo guy is a sleezy dirty bs talker. It was creepy and uneventful I came to Norm Reeves out of loyalty but instead I got that thing Rico I probably take my Jetta somewhere else now. Which I got my work done and what do know the same kind of work was done just worded differently then my recite from NR recite in all a f&@&ck experience .
