I was double charged for my service on Friday. I paid online and then when I came into the store they told me I hadn’t paid so they charged me again. I would please like a refund of the extra charge. Thank you.

The staff was excellent. The repair seems proper. Maybe a small thing, but my car was not was washed when returned too me. I had an 8:30 reservation. For a 20k service. I was going to wait for my car. 2 hours approximately. After one hour of waiting the device guy said it would be longer. I took a Lyft ride home after 12 noon the car hadn’t even been touched. I was given a loaner car. The car was finally finished at 5.

The repair took numerous days due to lack of ability to diagnose the issue. We got a rental car that smelled like a cigarette ****. We would have exchanged it but everyday we were told repair would be done by the next day. A very disappointing experience.
