$1000+ tire service. Scheduled an appointment for 1 to 2 hours, took over three. No loaner available, only 10 mile limit for Lyft (Home is San Clemente) And no courtesy car wash…seriously? disappointing. On a positive note: Staff is friendly and helpful.
