Paul was a nice guy no complaints about him. I just felt like the pricing was excessive and insincere. Charging that much for an alignment and then the charge for an air filter without my authorization. My wife is in need of trading in her Volkswagen for a new one but now we’ll go somewhere more trustworthy.

I was not told that my car would take days to be done when I scheduled the appointment for the recall work. I didn’t get good communication about the progress. I thought my car would be charged when I picked it up because they were working on the battery but it wasn’t.
