My car was not serviced. Took 9:15 am appointment but my car was not attended to for entire day. Not only they didn’t perform service they didn’t call to let me know that the car cannot be serviced today. I am greatly disappointed. Don’t know why there is appointment based services if the customer is not serviced based on it.

I was happy about the price of the oil change and ended up getting something else I needed. I was happy the coffee machine was working. The waiting room needs an upgrade. I don’t know if you could make it a bit larger and more modern. I’m sure this is the last thing on your mind as far as importance, it is just noticeable. Nothing todo with my car service.
