Hi there! Sorry just now getting to this. Ethan was a great help! I usually just come for oil change and tire rotation. This time was my 3rd time coming in and I can say that every single time, my experience has been breezy smooth. Everyone is always so helpful. One of the big things that were important to me was timing and just knowing an eta of when my car service would be done. I hung out in the waiting area/desk area to get some work done on my laptop and while that helped me pass time, it was a great surprise that the team finished a lot more sooner than expected/I was told. Shoutout Ethan for being clutch and helpful throughout the process. Very communicative and understanding, willing to help! Thank you for your time! Looking forward to my next visit— hoping I don’t have to be there sooner than planned.

We had an appointment for 11:15: got there at 10:15. It took over 5 1/2 hours it get a simple oil change. It was under warranty. Appears you did all the cars that had to pay, didn’t have a warranty, first. Totally lousy service. We will find another dealership that we can trust.

My only complain is about scheduling an appointment (in my case was 10:30 for an oil change) and i got my car only at 6pm because i went there to check if my car was ready at 5pm
Uriel was great and is not his fault, but has no reason for having the option of scheduling an appointment if you have to wait for 10 h to get your car back

I got an appt at 1 only to show up and them to tell me that they may not be able to see my car today. Then after two hours I got a 2 minute diagnosis that was done visually to tell me that I needed a $700 part that I couldn’t get for a week w no alternative as to how I could keep my battery from dying since the lights stayed on. 10 year customer that will never work w a Norm Reeves company ever again. Service manager completely dismissive of my need to have a car for a week or how I could keep driving my car until the part came in. Horrible experience

Service dept didn’t do all I requested. Perhaps it was understaffed. I did not receive same day service for an oil change and replacing wiper blades, which seems absurd to me. When my car was ready the following day, it was not washed. In all my years of bringing my car to Norm Reeves, this has never happened before. My service advisor David Castillo was a true gentleman.

Was told problem couldn’t be verified and to keep driving until “something happens” because I have a warranty, this does not solve my issue. Being told to drive the car until the problem becomes bigger so it is more easily determined is not a proper repair
