I was originally told if anything it would be $200 to diagnose my problem. Then I got a call stating that it was the sensor and I paid for that service later on it ended up not being the sensor and my service engine light soon came on again Then I had to call up and was reassured that my next service would be free and the next service ended up being the valve that needed to be replaced and when I got there, my bill was not free only a 10% discount and ended up costing me another $400 Which was not cool because I expect diagnosis not just remove and replace parts hoping to fix a problem

Richard went out of his way to make sure my car was serviced in a timely manner. I was previously told that the service department would need to keep my car three days for diagnostics. When I explained that this would not work for me, he immediately went into problem solving mode and figured out how to change my serpentine belt, diagnose my coolant leak and change my water pump in one day. His attitude was nothing but positive. It made for a very positive experience. Thank you Richard.
