Also…I was called because the service department was tracking my “oil life” and determined it was time for the service. Once again, Eduardo went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and happy after Ford Focus went too low on fuel on the freeway. I was able to have it towed directly to him and he took over the rest. I left there going from extreme anxiety and panic too a very happy customer.
