Although, I wasn’t aware my vehicle was going to be gone for so long, I can say that I was kept abreast of what was going on. Ivan took an extra step in calling me to assure me that my vehicle was going to be safe and well taken care of. He went as far as saying he would treat it like it was his own. Overall I can say that I am completely satisfied with the service I received and will continue to take my vehicle to this dealer. I was not pleased with the long wait and the understaffing of the service department. As I stood there and watched the service manager come out and look and the long line and did nothing. Did not even help his staff out. Appointment was at 930 did not get to me till 1030. Ralphelie explained to me the problem and I understood what he was saying . Once my vehicle was in for service it was great. I also spoke with other customers and they were having the same issue. Please help out your service department so I can continue to take my vehicle there. Thank you . I would also like a response via e mail on this problem

I got a call about 3 weeks ago or so saying my sunroof parts were in! So I started calling and calling no one answered or called back! So I finally just came in,in person and I met this wonderful person Daniel he called them still no answer, so he said he’d check snd call be back that afternoon. And he did brought my car in Monday had it back Tuesday done! Otherwise I’d still be calling! He was kind understanding and capable and a man of his words! You need more like him.
