Tim was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the recommended as well as covered maintenance items covered by my service contract. As it turned out, my vehicle had to be kept overnight for a leaking oil pan seal. I believe this should have been corrected during my previous service visit as it was covered by a TSB. This was the source of the oil showing up on the front of my Airstream over the road. I will request Tim as my Service Advisor for future visits.

Those two have been very helpful.
However,the last few times I have been in I feel that I'm being treated as if I can'tp go anywhere else to get my car serviced. I have waited more than 20min both times for someone to come to my car to see what I needed.
After I got a text in the morning that my car was being taken care of, when I arrived in the afternoon to see if my car was ready it had not even been worked on. I didn't get any text at all, and it was just to replace a battery.
Long story short, I don't like how I've been treated at norm Reeves Ford the last 2 times I've been there. I will try one more time with my next service, but if the same treatment happens I will be taking my business elsewhere.
