9:15 - 12:00 for an oil change with appointment, now I remember why I quit coming here. Last time I scheduled an appointment with the concierge for pick up and service, in never happened. She never made appointment. This happened twice, I quit using your company. The service writer was pleasant and truthful about taking 2hrs for oil change. But not 45 mind for a wash. I got a good deal when I bought my lincoln from this dealership, didn't know service would be so bad. Why make appointments if they overbook them.

I got there 20 minutes before my appointment the only on to talk to me was the kid that checked me in. Then no one came out until 20 minutes after I was checked in. I could see service writes talking. The service writer that came out to help me was not very friendly, he told me that it would be 3 hours for an oil change. I guess even when you have an appointment it does not matter. Also my bill was double of what I paid before. I was happy with the service up until yesterday. I will think about coming back for service.
