I was not completely satisfied because of the lack of importance that the service department has towards the customer. I had an appointment at 11:30am and showed up on time for my appointment. MANY service reps in the office area and it took 27 minutes for someone to come out and help me. There was only 1 other car in front of me. The rep that came out to help me saw the frustration in my face and tone of voice, and he was very kind. He made the experience somewhat bearable, and after explaining to him that I had to pick up my son at 1:30, and that was my reason for doing an 11:30 appt, he was able to get me out of there by 1:15. He showed he cared. It’s sad that he has to work at a place that doesn’t care about the customer experience as a whole, he deserves a raise.
