Honestly, i did not expect to wait 3 hours and 40 minutes. I get that the lady on the phone said hour an a half for the whole oil change. I get that you guys get walk ins. But nearly 4 hours is a bit much for someone that has an appointment. Not only that i was late for work. Now i know to just leave the car instead of waiting for it.
