There was a oil leak on my certified preowned 2020 Lincoln aviator. And I called and was directed to Ivan after my car was towed to the Dealership. And I worked with Ivan the entire time. He was very helpful and a very nice man I look forward to working with him in the future

First off, my mileage was written down wrong. My mileage was 80,533. It was written down as 85,533. Daniel corrected it on paper, however, it says my next service is at 92,533, which is 12,000 miles? Also, I thought my windshield reservoir was leaking, because it wasn’t spraying properly. Daniel told me that it wasn’t leaking, however, they didn’t even check to see if it was working properly. So now I have to bring it to someone else to fix it. Also, Daniel said I have oil leaking somewhere in the engine/transmission and I would have to leave my car for 4 days? He said not to worry, to just check my fluids every time I get gas. Never had an experience with Ford before and am thinking of bringing my business elsewhere.
