I had appointment at 7:15am, expecting about 2-2.5 hours to get it done, but it took more than 3 hours just for oil change.

Robyn was great but the rest of your service dept not so much. Because of thyroid cancer I can no longer speak. So I sent emails to the service dept with no response, then I went on line and wrote messages with your "chat" they responsed they would get back to me (each text I wrote I said I couldn't talk). Well I receive a"phone call"from someone asking me to call back to make an appt, even though if they listened to my message it said I couldn't talk. So I had to drive to your service dept to make an appt which I should have been able to do thru a text. I was not happy and I wrote a note explaining the situation to Robyn. She apologize and offer to have my car serviced while I was there. I appreciate her being able to get me in so late in the afternoon. But I did not appreciate the wait I was treated by everyone else.
